1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all sales, deliveries, and services provided by Aeroma Amsterdam. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We do our best to describe and display all products as clearly as possible. Colors and scents may differ slightly in reality due to lighting or screen settings.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Aeroma Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time.

4. Payment

You can pay securely using the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Bancontact
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Klarna (pay later)
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

The order will only be shipped once payment has been received or confirmed via Klarna.

5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • We ship within the Netherlands and Europe.
  • Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
  • Free shipping on orders over €70 (NL & BE).

6. Returns

Not satisfied? You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and sealed. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days.

7. Complaints & Warranty
