Shipping methods
We work with PostNL as our regular shipping partner for all our orders. This ensures you receive fast and reliable delivery — perfectly matching the luxury experience of Aeroma Amsterdam.
Delivery times
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday.
Please note: during peak periods such as holidays or major promotions, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping locations & rates
We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg.
Shipping costs:
- Netherlands: €7.10 for a standard parcel | €9.00 for large parcels
- Belgium: €8.95 for a standard parcel | €10.95 for large parcels
- Germany, France, Luxembourg: €14.95
Return policy
At Aeroma Amsterdam, we strive for 100% satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a return, in original packaging and without damage.
Send an email to info@aeroma-amsterdam.com to register your return. You will receive return instructions within 24 hours. The product must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or does not match the description on our website.
Make sure to keep your proof of postage until we have processed your return. Once the return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
